Growing Education

Our programming provides knowledge around healthy eating habits and increases food awareness for our community’s most socially vulnerable children and parents.

We are doing this through our school programming, our community gardens, and a cooking series we partner with the NH Food Bank and First Church on.

These habits will carry through to future generations and will have a direct impact on the macro health issues of obesity, heart disease, and diabetes that our community struggles with.

Grow Nashua served 1,270 individuals in 2019 (anticipated 1,882 in 2020) ranging from pre-school through seniors, with a focus on our most socially vulnerable.
